Any one else use oxyelite pro?
I have just started taking oxyelite pro on monday.I have been eating healthy counting cals going to the gym 3 days a week for about 1and 1/2 hrs n have lost 31 pounds but then my weight got stuck at 180. It is now thursday i am down to 175! very excited but realize that its not healthy to loose that much weight n a week maybe i should only take the pills every other day?

I was about 230 when I started taking it a little over a month ago. When I finished the bottle, I was down to 222. Two weeks later, I’m up to 228.
I can’t find anything that I’ve changed, regarding my diet or exercise…..I can only assume that it was water weight that I was somehow losing.

I’m actually very sensitive to stimulants like 1,3 dimethyl that is contained in this product so I broke open one pill and put a pinch in a cup of water before I work out and it’s just great! It gives such a high and boost of energy without jitters or anxiety, I sometimes wonder how it differs from street drugs, except this one is more refined. I feel, and others have written in reviews, it also gives a kind of anti-depressant effect. My only concern is long-term and getting off it after months or years of use. Lots do seem to lose weight, especially when stuck. Its too early for me to say, but I feel its one of the best out there.
If you’re a big caffeine drinker or did stimulants in the past , than 1-2 full tablets may be needed. Sensitive people like me can get away with a pinch of the powder. Also if you let a little swirl under your tongue, you get the sub-lingual effect, it works even faster. If you do get any munchies, get some pure powdered l-Glutamine Amino Acid from a health food store. Put some of the powder under your tongue and the cravings usually get under control. Some also drink some of the l-glutamine in water.
