All my life I have been trying to keep my weight at a reasonable level. In high school I was at a good weight but before then in elementary school I was fat and after high school toward the end of my college life I have been over weight. I would like to think that me being over weight has not effected the way I think of myself but I know that isn’t true. It is difficult to try and be out going and open with others when I feel so self conscious about my weight. Luckily for me I have some great friends that help me not feel so down and support me in my effort to lose weight.
The journey of keeping my weight under control has been a long one and I don’t think it will ever end until I die. That is what makes trying to lose weight so discouraging. It’s not over once you lose the weight you need to. I have done the weight loss thing over and over where I will lose 55lbs and then gain back 65lbs. Whatever I do it doesn’t seem to last. One of my problems is staying motivated. I’ll do well for awhile and lose a good amount of weight but once I meet my goal I shoot right back up. It seems like I just can’t continue healthy habits for too long. This makes it impossible for me to lose stubborn belly fat.
I know that some people are all against diet pills but when I try to only do the exercise and eat right thing without taking a weight loss dietary supplement I just don’t seem to lose nearly as much weight and I don’t seem to get as motivated. That’s why you will notice that I recommend weight loss pills on this website. I know that exercise and eating right are the most important things for weight loss but for me the number three thing is getting the right weight loss supplement.
A major problem that I have is that I am a procrastinator. I always plan on starting a weight loss program but I always push it back. I seem to do it more lately as I age. I’m thirty now and I am continuing to increase my weight by about two pounds per month. To me that doesn’t seem like much until I add up the numbers. By the end of the year if I keep up this rate I will have gained 24lbs. If I continue at this rate I will have gained almost a hundred pounds in 4 years, it sneaks up on you real fast. I think that’s why I’m at the weight I am right now. I haven’t really put together a good weight loss effort in 4 years and I have just continued to slowly gain weight each month. I even seem to eat a little better than I did in the past and that is what really scars me about trying to lose weight right now. It just continues to increase even when I do eat a little better. I really do need to know the fastest way to lose belly fat before my belly explodes.
Because I have reached the point of being severely obese I have decided that its either do or die. Looking at the obstacle before me I sometimes wonder if it would just be easier to choose the die part, but for my families sake I am going to do my best. Hopefully I can find the best fat burning exercise out there
My plan is to try a large number of the most popular and best weight loss pills. I will use each weight loss pill for at least two weeks. It I don’t notice a difference I will go off of it and start a new one. If I notice a difference I will stay on it for a month. So far I have tried about 31 different weight loss pills in my life. Only one seemed to make that big of a difference. I will write up a review about each of these as time goes on. I will also write up information about each new product I start to use.
